Job summary

Döhler is seeking a Teamlead Data Architecture, Analytics and Governance to lead our Data Foundations & Governance team. You will focus on SAP-driven data in SCM and Commercial domains, blending leadership, governance expertise, and project delivery to establish scalable data governance standards across the organization.

You will steer priorities, manage capacity, and embed data governance into projects, processes, systems, and daily work.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related)
• Several years of experience in data governance, master data management, SAP consulting, or related areas
• Proven leadership experience leading teams or project groups
• Strong SAP knowledge with focus on SAP MM and/or SAP SD
• Experience defining and improving data governance standards, data quality requirements, and operating models
• Comfort in global matrix organizations, translating strategy into data governance roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Foundations & Governance team with SAP-driven data in SCM and Commercial domains
• Set priorities, manage capacity, and steer delivery and team capabilities
• Own data governance standards, ownership models, and data quality KPIs
• Drive governance initiatives using Jira or similar PM tools
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, and global process teams
• Ensure governance coverage for SAP-driven data in SCM and Commercial areas
• Document data definitions, rules, and governance decisions clearly
