Job summary

C5MI Insights LLC. is seeking a Lead Data Architect to own the enterprise data architecture for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization program. You will define target-state data models, master data governance, and migration architecture across finance, logistics, and asset domains.

You will lead a data architecture and master data team, ensure data quality and lineage, and partner with solution and cloud architecture functions for scalable, secure data designs. Travel up to 50% is possible.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of enterprise data architecture, data modeling, or data management experience.
• Experience owning data architecture for at least one full lifecycle ERP implementation.
• Hands-on with data migration tooling and methods including extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, load, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Owns target-state enterprise data architecture, including models for financial, organizational, asset, and master data domains.
• Leads and develops data architecture and master data team; allocates work and drives performance.
• Establishes master data governance operating model with ownership, workflows, and data quality standards.
• Owns legacy data migration architecture, from discovery to lineage and validation.
• Defines data validation and reconciliation criteria at mock conversions and production cutover.
