Job summary

Resulting Ltd is seeking a Lead Data Architect to shape data strategy and governance across SAP S/4HANA landscapes for client engagements. You will design robust data architectures, align with business outcomes, and lead conversations with executives, programme teams, and technical specialists.

This is a senior, client-facing role emphasizing strategic impact and hands-on delivery. You will define enterprise data models, govern data across master, transactional, and analytics domains, and guide

Qualifications

Seasoned SAP data professional with deep technical expertise and senior-level leadership ability.
Proven track record designing enterprise data architectures for SAP S/4HANA environments.
Ability to translate complex data challenges into clear, strategic solutions that deliver business value.
Experience with data governance, quality and compliance across SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade logical and physical data models for SAP S/4HANA.
Define and own the overall data architecture for SAP engagements, including master, transactional, analytics, and integration layers.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Design and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards for data quality and compliance.
Architect data integration solutions connecting SAP S/4HANA with third-party and cloud applications (SAP BTP, MDG, etc.).
Lead data workstream teams, providing direction and hands-on support when needed.
Engage with C-suite and sponsors to communicate decisions and build trust over time.
Stay at the forefront of SAP data management innovations and apply relevant advances to client engagements.
Contribute to Resulting’s data architecture practice with accelerators and thought leadership.
