Job summary

Evident Europe GmbH is seeking a decisive IT MDM Leader to architect and accelerate enterprise master data management across SAP environments. You will chair the Data Governance Council, align executives, and drive data ownership and standards while delivering on-time, on-budget data initiatives.

This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring influence across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, with a focus on data quality, migration, and governance in SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT project and program management experience.
• At least 5 years leading complex MDM initiatives in SAP environments (ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA).
• Proven governance, prioritization, and Agile/Waterfall experience using Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Chair and drive alignment within the Data Governance Council and steer cross-functional leaders toward decisive actions on data ownership and standards.
• Prioritize data demands across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations based on impact, risk, and resources.
• Lead end-to-end MDM projects (SAP MDM, data cleansing, migration, governance rollout) with accountability for timelines and budgets.
• Inspire and mobilize a matrixed team to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Foster urgency during high-impact phases like UAT and cutover planning.
