The role partners with business and technology teams to ensure data is well organized, trusted, and accessible to the right people, while supporting agile delivery across multiple workstreams. You will develop data dictionaries, quality rules, and governance policies, coordinating with US/UK teams and external providers to embed the Data Governance Framework

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering data governance in BAU and large transformation programs.
• Experience with investment operations data in financial services or consultancy.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment with multiple activities.
• Strong data modelling, data mapping and data flow design knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage several workstreams in a fast-paced, agile program.
• Collaborate with business, technology teams and external providers across the US and UK.
• Understand investment operations data and its business processes.
• Identify data requirements and map them to business processes.
• Ensure data quality standards are followed during QA and testing.
• Govern in-scope data with planned quality checks before go-live.
• Support training of data owners, stewards and tech teams.
• Embed DG framework and governance policies across the program.
• Develop and maintain data dictionary records and data lineage.
• Define, monitor and report data quality requirements.
