Citi in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to help establish and execute a sustainable operating model for data automation and adjustment reduction. The role combines business analysis and project management to elicit requirements, analyze data, and drive initiatives across the bank.

You will plan and manage workstreams, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and report to program leadership while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data automation and adjustment reduction initiatives.
• Perform data analysis to understand current processes, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Design and implement process improvements to reduce adjustments and improve data quality.
• Develop and execute project plans for assigned workstreams with timelines.
