Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida seeks a Data Analyst in Credit Risk Management & Counterparty Risk to analyze risk and reference data, identify patterns, and support risk decision-making across the business.

You will collaborate with technology teams to remediate data issues, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate findings into clear insights for senior leaders, helping drive data quality and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of data analytics experience in financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Credit Risk Management, Liquidity Management, and related data sets.
• Gather operational data from cross-functional stakeholders to examine past performance.
• Identify data patterns and trends.
• Provide insights to enhance business decision‑making and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and deliver remediation solutions.
• Discuss data requirements and impact with data consumers in the DCRM tool.
• Maintain accurate status tracking of Data Concerns in the DCRM tool.
• Recommend actions to support future developments and strategic opportunities.
• Translate data into consumer insights to drive targeting and segmentation.
• Present findings clearly to business partners and senior leaders.
• Continuously improve processes by evaluating new data sources and tools.
