Job summary

CDPHP is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers.

They may work in non-technical and/or technical tracks across business, IT, analytics, governance, and more, with a focus on building real-world skills. The program runs from June to August (up to 40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support governance initiatives with program operations, data analysis, reporting, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and complete assignments based on business needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
