Job summary

CDPHP is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, work on meaningful AI-driven projects, and are mentored by managers while exploring technical and non-technical tracks across business, IT, analytics, and more.

Internships run from June to August, up to 40 hours per week, with housing not provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop computing in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Support projects assigned by mentors within cross-functional teams.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Demonstrate integrity and contribute to the Lifetime/CDPHP values.
• Attend development workshops and participate in AI/innovation initiatives.
