Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc (CDPHP) is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from June to August. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops across tracks such as Analytics, IT, Finance, and more.

Interns will gain exposure to data governance, analytics, and AI governance practices, with opportunities to present results and network within the organization.

Qualifications

• Majors include Business, Computing Sciences, Mathematics or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting concepts, and MS Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document processes clearly.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other reporting/dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Governance & AI Governance initiatives across programs.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and governance activities.
• Create presentations and deliver results at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tasks and projects.
