Job summary

CDPHP offers a paid Summer College Internship Program running for 10 weeks, from early June to mid-August. It provides development workshops, mentorship, and project work across non-technical and technical tracks.

Housing is not provided, and interns gain exposure to business concepts and corporate culture. Interns may work in technical or non-technical areas, attend workshops, and complete assignments under a mentor.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Maintains good academic standing and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of rate or Medicare bid filings through analysis.
• Prepare timely trend analyses and regulatory reporting support.
• Help develop risk adjustment analyses and financial projections.
• Support regulatory and internal analyses and documentation.
• Deliver presentations at internship culmination.
