Job summary

CDPHP invites students to join a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program. Interns receive mentorship from managers, participate in development workshops, and work on meaningful projects across multiple tracks, including analytics, finance, IT, and more.

Housing is not provided, but interns gain exposure to real-world business concepts and a structured onboarding experience. Internship runs from June to August, up to 40 hours per week, with remote work options considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree and in good academic standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to interact with staff at all levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrates organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work independently and in teams as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of rate or Medicare bid filings through analysis of benefit designs and claims.
• Prepare timely trend analyses and financial projections.
• Support risk adjustment analyses and regulatory response tasks.
• Participate in ad-hoc analyses and cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to presentations and documentation of work.
