Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to shape data reporting and BI across the college. You will build and improve how data is collected, analyzed, and used to support informed decision-making, working with college leadership, academic units, and technology partners.

You will design dashboards, define KPIs, ensure data quality, support accreditation reporting, and partner with IT to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in analytics or related field.
• 3-5 years of related and progressively more responsible work experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with BI tools and data modeling is a plus.

• Establish data definitions, reporting standards, and data quality practices across the college.
• Design, develop, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools; identify KPIs with stakeholders.
• Analyze data trends to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with IT to translate needs into data integrations and reporting solutions.
• Support accreditation reporting with accurate, reliable data and continuous improvement.
