ENGIE North America is seeking a data governance and business/data analysis professional to bridge US B2B Supply Business teams and Data & Architecture. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specs, and produce source-to-target mappings and data quality expectations.

You will own UAT, write test cases, log defects, and coordinate resolution until sign-off. You will contribute to governance foundations, maintain glossaries, metadata, lineage, and KPIs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Analytics, or related curriculum
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related role supporting data platforms and analytics delivery
• Experience with writing functional/technical specifications and source-to-target mapping documents
• SQL and hands-on data analysis, profiling, and validation
• Data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, relational structures)
• Functional and user acceptance testing of data pipelines, reports, or analytics products
• Agile concepts and practices (user stories, backlog grooming, acceptance criteria)
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms and tooling (AWS and/or Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, S3) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Data and AI governance concepts: data quality, metadata management, lineage, data classification, privacy, responsible AI
• Exposure to Python and Big Data technologies (Spark/PySpark) to communicate with engineering teams
• Knowledge of ENGIE domains; energy, retail, or trading
