Must Be Able to Obtain and Maintain a DoD Security Clearance
3 years in a formal management role leading diverse technical resources.
7 years in engineering roles with leadership focus.
7 years in Agile process and software development principles.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional engineering team and manage ~15 engineers.
Recruit and develop high-quality talent and maintain technical standards.
