Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle of Software Engineering or Systems Engineering for software intensive projects.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding managing software and systems engineering efforts using Agile methods, processes, and practices.
• Recent formal/informal leadership experience.
• Top Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Management of a 7 to 10 person team.
• Have direct cost, execution, and schedule oversight for project/program budgets
• Lead, drive, and energize a team of multiple skills and job disciplines across multiple programs & business pursuits
• Adapt to agile management methods that will require a dynamic staffing approach, depending on the time‑phased needs of the program
• Perform administrative management duties for engineering staff, including timecard approval, compliance training, promotions, job actions, performance reviews, awards, and terminations.
