Qualifications

• Three years of relevant full-time experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare expense reports and financial documentation.
• Prepare payment requests including wires and checks.
• Track participant and alumni stipends and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate data collection activities and program evaluations.
• Maintain and update program records, databases, and tracking systems.
• Assist with grant reporting and supporting materials.
