Job summary

New York Edge, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Data & Evaluation to lead the Data Department in Queens, NY. This full-time role focuses on program data strategy, reporting, compliance, and continuous quality improvement, ensuring timely, accurate information for decision-making across programs.

You will oversee data systems, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive initiatives that support funding requirements and organizational learning within a dynamic youth-development environment.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressively responsible experience managing program data, reporting, compliance, research, evaluation, or related functions.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience, including staff development, delegation, performance management, and team accountability.
• Proven project-management experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for the Data Department.
• Develop annual/quarterly priorities, work plans, and measurable performance goals.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and compliance with funders and regulations.
• Lead development of dashboards, data briefs, and presentations for leadership and funders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data processes and improve program performance.
• Train and coach staff on data use, reporting, and quality standards.
