• Receive and open packages and client sample drop-offs.
• Enter all data into LIMS accurately and promptly.
• Facilitate information flow between lab and customer service.
• Label sample containers and prepare bottle orders for shipment.
• Confirm receipt of shipped samples and organize documentation.
• Order supplies and distribute to lab staff.
• Follow Sterling Labs' safety and waste disposal procedures.
