Easy Recruiter is seeking a Remote Data Entry Operator to support a fast-paced laboratory information system environment. The role requires meticulous data entry, careful proofreading, and strict attention to confidentiality while handling patient and specimen information.

You will enter data into the LIMS, process up to 450 forms daily, print demographics, verify entries, and run end-of-day reports. The position emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and teamwork in a disaster-response ready setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in data entry in public/private sector.
• Experience in proofreading and/or editing, performing quality assurance checks and/or analyze documents.
• Preferred experience working with confidential material.

Responsibilities

• Enter complex patient, specimen and test data into the LIMS system daily.
• Process 210–450 submission forms each day; 80 forms per hour.
• Verify accuracy and correct errors; print demographics.
• Run end-of-day reports and handle archiving tasks.
• Support disaster response/COOP and safety initiatives.
