• Shortlisted candidates must be willing to complete the typing test again in person.
• 10-key experience is required and must be clearly noted on the resume.
• Minimum 10-key speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour required, with ability to scale up to 15,000 keystrokes per hour for hardcopy documents.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain quality while working quickly.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, meet productivity goals, and work consistently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong English reading and writing skills for completing documentation accurately and legibly.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-speed manual data entry and indexing of hardcopy and digital documents into internal software systems.
• Review, classify, validate, and correct document data, including automated classification exceptions and low-confidence extracted information.
• Analyze digital checks and related documentation to verify payee information, valid dates, signatures, check amounts, and distribution details.
• Compare hardcopy documents against digitally converted versions to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Maintain steady productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail while meeting deadlines and production goals.
• Complete required documentation accurately, legibly, and on time in English.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
