Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify purchase orders, invoices, inventory records, project specifications, and vendor information in trackers and the ERP system.
• Maintain current project data and ensure records are complete and easy to use by authorized teams.
• Review vendor quotes and shipping documents, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
• Prepare weekly status reports for project managers and finance and support data-flow from planning to field execution.
