Fusable is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to ensure high-quality data powering our products and services. You will review, interpret, and accurately enter information from multiple sources into our systems, thriving in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

This role emphasizes independent work with collaboration to meet production goals, maintain data integrity, and support continuous process improvements. Office is Charlotte-based with onsite expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing repetitive tasks in a high-volume production environment.
• Basic keyboarding, alphanumeric, and 10-key data entry skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret alphabetic, numeric, scanned, and database records from UCC filings and other digital sources.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems following established formatting and classification standards.
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• Track edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
