Job summary

Fusable is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our data-driven products across trucking, agriculture and construction. You will review, interpret, and enter information from a variety of sources into our systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability for our clients.

This 100% onsite role is based in Charlotte. You will work in a fast-paced environment, track edits, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals while upholding high quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with high-volume data entry and repetitive tasks.
Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret alphabetic, numeric, scanned, and database records from UCC filings and other digital sources.
Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems following established formatting and classification standards.
Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistencies.
Track edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvement efforts.
Meet productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
