Kelly is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join a premier auto manufacturer in Troy, OH. This onsite role pays $17.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

You will support the Inventory Deployment team with data entry, data manipulation, and reporting, using Excel, Access, and BI tools as needed. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Outlook are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Data entry, data manipulation, analysis to support targets.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Assist with screen scrapes, transfer requests to hubs and parts centers.
• Proficient in PC, Outlook, and Excel; knowledge of Access, SAP BI, VBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Extract and manipulate data for daily, weekly, and monthly department reports.
• Support analysts by performing screen scrapes, creating calculation documents, and communicating transfer requests to hubs and parts centers.

What’s a typical day as a Data Entry Specialist? You’ll be:

• Supporting the Inventory Deployment department with data entry, data manipulation, analysis, and decision-making to assist in achieving National Service Level and Facing Fill targets.
• Extracting and manipulating data for compiling and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
• Supporting analysts by performing screen scrapes, producing part number calculation documents, and entering and communicating transfer requests to hubs and parts centers.
