Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Review source documents for accuracy prior to entry.
• Verify, audit, and correct data discrepancies.
• Process high volumes of information with accuracy.
• Generate and distribute reports as requested by management.
• Scan and organize electronic records and documentation.
• Assist with data imports, exports, and file maintenance.
• Monitor data quality and identify process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
