You will partner with internal operations teams to process records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure information is entered efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy and strong data integrity.
• Proficiency with Excel, Office apps, and databases.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume administrative, data entry, or operations environment and be comfortable handling sensitive information. This role will partner closely with internal operations teams to process records, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure information is entered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain customer and business information within internal systems and databases.
• Review records and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
• Perform quality checks to identify and correct inaccurate, incomplete, or duplicate information.
• Process high volumes of data while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, operations, document processing, or a related environment.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, databases, or similar business systems.
