Job summary

ResolveOps in Chicago is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to load and verify records from spreadsheets and scans, ensuring the data starts clean for the new system. This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

You will enter and update records, check against source documents, fix mismatches, log batches, and help test forms and imports. Candidates should have data-entry experience, fast typing, and basic Excel skills; familiarity with NetSuite, SAP or

Before a new system goes live, its records have to be right: supplier lists, cost centers, approval limits, employee data. Much of it reaches us in spreadsheets and PDFs. The Data Entry Specialist loads and checks those records so the system starts clean. Full-time and remote from anywhere in the United States.

Five things you'll do

• Enter and update records in client systems from spreadsheets, forms and scans

• Log every batch you load and what still needs an answer
