Job summary

Remoten's in Chicago is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process client transaction requests and review each step for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal controls and external regulations.

You will partner with colleagues to resolve complex processing issues, communicate with clients by phone and in writing to clarify incomplete paperwork, and ensure SEC guidelines and company policies are followed.
