Job summary

Arcadia Financial is seeking a detail‑oriented transactions associate to process new accounts, transfers, and annuities. You will review documents for accuracy and submit through Fidelity Wealthscape, FireLight, DocuSign, and carrier portals, owning each transaction from initiation to completion.

You will work closely with advisors, client service specialists, and custodians, ensuring timely, compliant processing and proactive follow‑ups.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial services preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process new account applications, transfer paperwork, annuity applications, and changes.
• Review documentation for accuracy before submission.
• Submit and track transactions through various systems and portals.
• Own assigned transactions from start to finish and resolve issues.
