Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with relational databases, database input, and maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Research: load daily biographic updates from 3rd party systems and spreadsheets, research and collect biographical information on alumni, parents, and friends, ensure data is current and accurately entered.
• Respond to users’ direct requests and assist database users to resolve issues during data entry/maintenance; troubleshoot until resolution.
• Stays current on data standards and practices; participate in training to learn new methods and technologies.
