Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ prospect research or transferrable experience.
• OR a high school diploma with 8 years of directly related work experience.
• Any appropriate combination of education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor prospect research using online databases and internal files to support fundraising strategies.
• Compile and present data in written reports; brief senior staff for fundraising calls.
• Maintain proficiency with internal databases and answer reference questions.
• Review publications to keep staff informed on donor prospects and industry trends.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay current in development research.
