Title Guaranty in Hawaii is seeking a Data Entry/Processing Specialist to join our escrow division. This full-time, on-site role offers stability, growth potential, and a collaborative, award-winning work environment.

You will open, track and process escrow transactions, upload documents to the DMS, input data from scanned contracts, and coordinate with all parties to meet deadlines while complying with laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of title or escrow process helpful.
• Technically proficient in Windows, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Open, track and process escrow transactions using internal software.
• Upload documents to the Document Management System (DMS).
• Read and input data from scanned contracts into processing systems.
• Order and distribute documents to necessary parties.
• Scan incoming documents into the internal system when received.
• Communicate regularly with all parties involved in an escrow transaction and coworkers.
• Comply with state and federal escrow laws.
• Work individually and as part of a team to achieve department goals.
