Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Healthcare Data Entry professional in Illinois to process prescription orders in a non-retail pharmacy setting. You will interpret and enter orders, perform profile-only data entry, and handle customer communications with professionalism.

The role requires at least one year of Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management experience, a High School Diploma, and Illinois certification as a Pharmacy Technician.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long term or managed care setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois.
• FrameworkLTC / FrameworkECM knowledge a plus.
• Timely and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others.
• Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to multi-task and work under deadlines.
• Motivated, punctual and reliable team member.

Responsibilities
