Job summary

Join a growing, behind-the-scenes LTC pharmacy at MMP, focusing on entering prescriptions with accuracy in FrameworkLTC and FrameworkECM. This role supports long-term resident care in a fast-paced data-entry environment with strong customer service via phone and email.

The Data Entry Technician will interpret orders, perform profile-only data entry, and ensure timely responses to pharmacy correspondence while upholding CORE Values and PRS compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long term or managed care setting.
• Certified and licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois.
• Timely and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others.

Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes role within our Intake Department, focused on entering and processing prescription orders in a non-retail pharmacy environment.

Location

Hybrid Onsite / Remote (Chicagoland area or NW Indiana)

Shift

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, with rotating weekends

Compensation

$20-$24/hr, depending on experience

About the Role

MMP's workflow starts in the data entry department, and the quality of information being entered is of utmost importance! The Data Entry Technician is responsible for entering prescriptions into MMP's FrameworkLTC and FrameworkECM pharmacy systems, with attention to both accuracy and speed. The Data Entry Technician will also provide exemplary community and resident support via telephone and email.
