Job summary

Funeral Directors Life, a subsidiary of Directors Investment Group (DIG), is looking for a Data Entry / Customer Support Specialist. The role supports Funeral Directors Life software, programs, and sales tools within the funeral industry, assisting with data entry, training, and problem solving to improve service and efficiency.

You will work with supervisors and teammates to ensure accurate data, effective CRM usage, and responsive support for the sales team and funeral home representatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills via email and phone.
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple applications and tools.
• Experience with funeral industry software beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Input data accurately for funeral home price lists.
• Answer troubleshooting calls for applications and tools.
• Submit detailed QA tickets and track issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates.
• Serve as point of contact for the sales team and funeral home reps.
• Document customer interactions in GIAS files.
• Communicate professionally via email or phone with funeral homes and agents.
• Escalate requests and consult leadership when needed.
