• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1–3 years in a technical or administrative support role.
• Experience with benefits software, CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Working understanding of insurance concepts and terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Process eligibility changes and ID card requests promptly.
• Maintain the client management portal with current data.
• Communicate carrier decisions clearly to clients.
• Navigate multiple carrier and CRM portals daily.
• Respond to client and internal requests accurately and timely.
• Escalate issues to the right carrier representatives when needed.
