Qualifications

• Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities.
• Attention to detail when entering data and reviewing documents.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Provide empathetic and supportive assistance to clients and visitors.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data-entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute office mail.
• Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors.
• Manage incoming faxes and forward to relevant staff.
• Update staff calendars with meetings and appointments.
• Document and log daily phone calls for weekly reports.
• Track daily walk-in traffic for weekly summaries.
• Assist with cross-departmental projects.
• Support onboarding and training for front desk staff.
• Identify and propose process improvements for receptionist duties.
