Job summary

Next Level Staffing in Coppell, TX is hiring Data Entry Clerks for a warehouse and logistics operation. This is a temp-to-hire role in a fast-paced environment, with data entry duties and hands-on warehouse tasks.

You will enter shipments, manage inventory in WMS, support receiving, picking, and shipping, and comply with SLAs. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; some weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, or data entry experience.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehouse storage and material-handling procedures.
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform hands-on operational duties.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain shipment, inventory, and warehouse information.
• Complete transactions in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other assigned systems.
• Receive, stock, select, pull, inventory, and ship customer-owned materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory control duties.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation.
• Support LTL shipments and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Follow customer account requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Handle serialized electronics and other customer materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment as assigned, including reach trucks, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, order pickers, pallet equipment, and hand carts.
• Support receiving, picking, shipping, inventory, and other warehouse functions as operational needs arise.
• Follow all warehouse safety and material-handling procedures.

Job Overview

Important: This is a warehouse-based position and is NOT a traditional desk-only data entry job. Candidates must be comfortable performing data entry and system transactions while also supporting hands-on warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, shipping, and material handling.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $18.00 per hour. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates who can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are willing to assist the team wherever needed.

Requirements
