Job summary

HJSRLLC in Coppell, TX is seeking 15 Warehouse Pickers to support receiving, stocking, and shipping of customer-owned materials. You will operate electric order pickers, forklifts, and handheld carts, and use WMS/TMS to track inventory and shipments.

This full-time role offers consistent daytime hours, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in warehousing, knowledge of safety regulations, and forklift certification is preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a 15 reliable Warehouse Pickers to join our team in Coppell, TX. The Warehouse Picker is responsible for receiving, stocking, managing inventory, pulling orders, and shipping customer-owned materials, including executing systematic transactions in customer-specific management systems.

Location: 306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019 (Note: This position will transition to 15301 Northlink Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76131 later this year)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Some weekends required)

Openings: 15 Positions

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Inventory: Receive, select, stock, inventory, and ship supplies, merchandise, and equipment.
• Specialized Handling: Load and unload items, including specialized handling and shipping of serialized electronics.
• Equipment Operation: Operate electric order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts safely and efficiently.
• System & Logistics Tracking: Perform cycle counts, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and manage LTL shipping paperwork (BOLs) using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of related warehouse experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Skills: Knowledge of storage/handling techniques, safety regulations, and WMS operations.
• Certifications: Forklift certification preferred (Electric Order Picker experience required).
• Screening: Must successfully pass a 7-year background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
