Job summary

HJSRLLC in Coppell, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at the Coppell facility. The role blends data entry with hands-on warehouse tasks, including receiving and stocking, with some floor time to support operations and SLAs.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional weekend support. Position offers a hybrid warehouse environment and a planned transition to Fort Worth later this year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of data entry / warehouse experience.
• Understanding of safety regulations and WMS navigation.
• Willingness to move between computer workstations and warehouse duties.
• Must pass a 7-year background check and a 10-panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Data & Inventory Management: enter shipment data, track inventory, maintain WMS docs.
• Warehouse Floor Support: receive, stock, cycle count, pick, pack, and ship materials.
• Equipment Operation: operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Logistics & Shipping Documentation: manage LTL shipping and BOLs, navigate TMS.
• SLA Adherence: maintain customer SLAs for timely, high-quality output.
• Facility Transition: support Coppell operations and transition to Fort Worth later this year.
