Job summary

NDX Pearce Turk in Wichita, KS is seeking a data entry shipping and receiving professional to support daily operations in a fast-paced dental lab environment.

Responsibilities include handling shipping/receiving, case entry, packing, preparing paperwork, and processing shipments with FedEx and UPS in line with SOPs. The role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry Shipping & Receiving opportunity at NDX Pearce Turk located in Wichita, KS.

The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

• Able to perform basic functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving and has the ability and responsibility to schedule and/or invoice cases
• Responsible daily for opening and disinfection process of incoming cases as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Responsible for Case Entry of all Business Unit cases
• Packing of all Business Unit cases
• Process shipments through FedEx ship manager and UPS Worldship
• Prepare paperwork by sorting by Business Unit to prepare for scanning (as requested)
• Enter and print doctor supplies for fulfillment
• Follow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to insure consistent and accurate results
• All other duties as assigned
