National Dentex Laboratories (NDX) Affinity in Louisville, KY is hiring a Data Entry Clerk. The role supports shipping/receiving, case scheduling, and billing activities within a dental lab environment.

Regular hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, 401K with company contribution, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and invoicing for cases.
• Enter demographics and customer information in LIS.
• Print and match preference notes to cases.
• Schedule each case and manage production flow.
• Invoice cases and assist with billing questions.
• Scan paperwork for electronic storage and organize daily fulfillments.
• Maintain shipping supplies and perform routine duties.

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry Clerk opportunity at NDX Affinity located in Louisville, KY.

The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
• Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production. Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
• Performs the scheduling function for each case
• Through LIS enter demographics and customer information
• Print preference notes matching to case.
• Move case into production area.
• Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
• Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage
• Running, fulfilling and shipping daily customer fulfillments
• Daily stocking of Shipping & Receiving supplies
• Sort paperwork for scanning
• Maintenance duties to include, but not limited to... Change soap in dispensers, Trash removal, Emptying boil out, changing sink traps in production
• Customer service- outbound & inbound calls
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Some billing experience, preferred

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

• Disinfectant process chemicals
• Personal protective equipment as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
• Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
