Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking a night shift worker in Fall River, MA, to operate in a fast-paced production setting. You will review HACCP paperwork, record batch steps, and assist with pack-out setup. Candidates should be details-driven and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps from batch start to finish.
• Assist with pack-out line setup and production readiness.
• Enter recipes into Production database systems.
• Identify yield and bottleneck issues and communicate with leads.
• Provide production support as needed.

The pay range for this job is $17.00 to $17.43 per hour.

This is a third shift positions, hours are 11pm-9am.

Summary:

This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a "can do attitude", and the ability to follow procedures. Person must be detailed and team oriented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and verify dept HACCP paperwork
• Register and record key process steps; from start to finish of batch
• Assist w/ Pack out line set-up
• Enter all recipes into the Production database systems
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate w/ Lead, Coordinator
• Production Support as needed

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
