Job summary

Aerometals Inc. seeks an IT Support Technician in El Dorado Hills, CA to provide 1st/2nd line support for ~180 staff. You will troubleshoot Windows devices, manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365, configure networks, and assist with servers and cybersecurity initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring IT education or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Aerometals is looking to add the following position:IT Support TechnicianPay range: $30 - $37 hourlySchedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:00am - 12:00pmAerometals is seeking a versatile IT Support Technician to join our IT department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver who enjoys helping people, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of a wide variety of IT responsibilities. If you are looking to assist with desktop support, servers, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and IT projects, this is a job for you.
