Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. in Gouverneur, NY is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional responsible for entering medication orders and directing related billing/shipping tasks. You will handle prescription data entry and route calls to appropriate staff.

You will provide customer service support for incoming calls, resolve payment issues with members, participate in training new staff, and complete mandatory regulatory training, helping maintain production targets set by supervision.

• Accurate selecting billing and shipping methods for patient orders.
• Customer service coverage for incoming calls and directing calls to staff.
• Provides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction.
• Work with members to provide resolution to payment related issues on accounts/orders.
• Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor.
• May assist in orienting and training new employees.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
