Job summary

Brown & Brown in Orange, CA is seeking a data entry/clerical support professional to assist CalSurance. You will perform outside coverage tracking and AML certifications, update Ardent files, and ensure accurate documentation of carrier details, policy periods, and retention information.

The role requires meticulous data entry, adherence to confidentiality, and strong organizational skills. Training on AML and Image Right filing will be provided to maintain compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Data entry and confidentiality are required.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and clerical support for CalSurance.
• Update Ardent files using member ID or national producer number.
• Enter carrier, limits of liability, policy period, certificate, and retention details.
• Follow AML certification processes and file updates in Image Right.
• If data is missing, issue a pending template email and update when info is received.
