National Debt Relief is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge business needs with our Data Engineering teams at NDR and Reach Financial. You will own how work enters, is prioritized, and flows through the data platform, acting as the front door for requests and ensuring clear scope and delivery expectations.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering leadership on sprint planning, roadmaps, and dependencies, while maintaining transparent status for executives and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in technical/project/program management for data/engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Analytics, Business or related field.
• Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating to technical work.
• Strong experience with Jira backlogs, epics, sprints, workflows and roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary intake point for data requests across NDR and Reach, with structured submission and prioritization.
• Refine requests into sprint-ready tickets with scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and business impact.
• Challenge requirements and deadlines; propose phased or alternative approaches when capacity is limited.
• Partner with Data Engineering leadership on sprint planning and quarterly roadmap.
• Keep Jira epics and roadmap current for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate deadlines and dependencies across teams and vendors; surface risks early.
• Identify shared priorities and opportunities to consolidate requests.
• Track delivery against capacity; communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
• Improve intake processes, including AI-assisted workflows and ticket templates.
• Lead and supervise a team as needed for program success.
