Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise data programs.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data modernization projects.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data, and analytics teams.
• Experience with data management, warehousing, and data lake concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Support Data Modernisation Program, a multi-phase redesign to create a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data platform.
• Translate Strategy into Execution by developing an end-to-end program plan with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment by working with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.
• Manage Program Governance and Cadence with structured updates, progress tracking, risk monitoring, and blocker resolution.
