Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience and interest in data and data systems.
• Proficient in Python, C#, C++, or Go.
• Strong SQL skills; ETL orchestration experience a plus.
• Curious about large-scale problems and committed to craftsmanship, reliability and usability.
• Proactive learner who asks questions to understand the big picture.
• Team-oriented with growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve data pipelines, datasets, and internal tools powering decision-making across Roblox.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to turn data needs into reliable data assets.
• Improve data quality, observability, reliability, and discoverability across the stack.
• Contribute to foundational work supporting multiple product pillars.
• Learn from experienced engineers and take ownership of projects early.
